Direct Universal Transmitter for the lisa-signolux alerting system
The lisa-signolux Direct Universal Transmitter is intended for the galvanic (direct electrical) connection to signal-giving devices like doorbells and telephones as well as further accessories.
Function
The transmitter is connected directly to low-voltage circuits of doorbells and telephone installations. Potential-free switch contacts can also be utilized, therefore it is possible to connect door and window contacts, alarm floor mats and outputs of accordingly equipped alarm systems.
When an according electric signal occurs, a radio signal is tranmitted to all paired signolux receivers within a distance of up to 200 metres.
The way the signal is displayed on the receivers can be easily programmed according to the function of the transmitter. Therefore this transmitter can be used for various applications.
Please note: One transmitter cannot be used simultaneously for different applications!
One transmitter is needed per application (e.g. telephone or doorbell or other).
A status LED informs about battery life and function. A low-battery warning can also be seen on the receivers.
A connecting cable (1 metre), a wall mount and the batteries are included. For use as a telephone transmitter, a RJ11 fax-type telephone connector cable is required. Please understand that Humantechnik only supplies such cables for the German market ("TAE-N" cables).
Please note: signolux-devices are not compatible with lisa-devices!
